Unlike others on this board who write a review on a book they have not read and then judge someone they do not know, I have read the book, several times in fact, and have taught it in several churches.

If inconsistency, disappointment, and frustration area part of your Christian experience then read this book. Chances are you have not been told the whole story about all that happened to and in you when you became a Christian. The American church as a whole has done a poor job teaching the whole gospel; the new birth and our new identity. Much more happened to you than the forgiveness of all your sin and eternal life (if that wasn't enough). You have been transformed, and if you do not fully understand that, then the Christian life will seem disappointing and frustrating.

Read the book, you will not be the same!

I read this book with a group of girls over the Summer as a Bible study. All of us agree this is a book every Christian should read! I have never viewed my Christian walk ths way! This book and God's amazing grace has allowed me to experience such freedom and break bonds that inhibited my relationship with Christ. It helped me fall in love with my Savior and see how much He loves me! Grave Walk is a book I will read over and over again!

Grace Walk is a most helpful companion to the Bible. While there are not a lot of scripture in this edition of the series, as a teacher, I have made the effort to back every thought in it with what the Bible says. I have not found one single, non-scriptural truth to be told in this amazing insight to God's Word. Not one! Some statements will be "shocking" in light of the poor teaching some of us have had regarding grace. But don't give up until you read it all in context of what he is explaining! Warning: the enemy doesn't want you to know "truth". But the Spirit does!

The women I have led in this study are so profoundly stunned at the truth of God's Grace in the relationship of believers. The remark I most often hear is the very same one I had upon my first reading, "why didn't someone tell me this 30 years ago!" It's opened the eyes of my heart to see that what God provided through Jesus death and ressurection is so much more than "just" salvation. It's a relationship! A real, growing, personal relationship that is alive in me! (Gal 2:20) No more duty, just delight! I've given up my self-sufficiency and am letting God live His life out in me and through me. In this first Grace Walk study, Steve has been given a gift for explaining, simply, what's been revealed to him in light of God's truth and our true identiy in Christ. I've taught other books in the series, all which have been a blessing as well.

Led this study for a group of mature Christian women and we all agreed that we were totally libereated from many legalistic ideas. One of the very best studies we've ever done. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

I have experience the love of God in my life. This book helped me understand more of it and to live by grace.
