I have mixed feelings about this book. As someone who has suffered for anxiety most of his life, I'm inclined to disagree with the author's assertion that anxiety is not a medical condition. The old saying "it's all in your head" may be true for some people, but anxiety can also be caused by chemistry issues in the body. On the other hand, the author gives some excellent tips on dealing with both anxiety and depression.

I read only part of this book and i notice there are a lot of phobias that people don't know about this book can help a lot of people who are in the christian world who think they have overcome problems and are hiding these things in their life
