Review 1 for Mr. Pipes and the British Hymn Makers
Excellent fictional history lessons!
Date:October 3, 2013
This book (and the whole series) has been thoroughly enjoyed by our family. We have learned a great deal about the history of many hymns and hymn writers, intermingled with a wonderful storyline. We've been encouraged by the stories of early Christians and the difficulties they faced as they stood by their faith. This is a terrific book, enjoyed by young (12 yo) and old during our read-a-loud time.

An excellent book (and series). My children (daughter and son) ages 12 and 7 enjoyed this book very much and were so excited that there were more in the series. God is truly glorified in this book.
