Review 1 for The SOS for PMS: Practical Help and Relief for Moms
Author Mary Byers has her finger on the pulse of mothers across America. She seems to be able to pinpoint the areas where women need the most help and encouragement. Her latest book, S.O.S. for PMS surely hits the mark. In this book she not only describes symptoms of Post Menstrual Syndrome, but offers help need to not only cope, but thrive during your monthly cycle. I wish a book like this had been written years ago!I highly recommend S.O.S. for P.M.S. for women of all ages, but especially for younger women so they can get a jump on strategies to employ early on.
