Review 1 for Keeping Your Cool . . . When Your Anger Is Hot! Practical Steps to Temper Fiery Emotions
June writes on a subject close to her heart.
Date:July 28, 2012
When I began reading this book I noticed a tear streaming down my cheek, even before I fully understood why . It had even taken me awhile to acknowledge I needed a book on this subject, but a devastating situation had broken my heart again and I was desperate. I am so thankful that the Lord pricked my heart to buy this book. I have been reading this book with another lady as a mentor. (That's what I call her. She is a friend.) She is 80 and I am 58. I wish I would have had this book when I was younger. Some tragic circumstances may have been avoided. (But, God is a redeemer and there is hope for my family.) Like June had written, this too is hard to write because it is so close to my heart, but these are the testimonies that help others.

This book will tell you what kind of a hot head you really are. If you want help from your anger this is a good place to start. I have learned alot about myself through this book. I have shared it with my sister for her anger as well.
