Genesis Publishing Group What Did Jesus Do? A Call to Return to the Biblical Gospel

What Did Jesus Do? examines the biblical use of God's Moral Law (the Ten Commandments) in witnessing, showing that not only did Jesus use the Law evangelistically, so did Peter, Paul, James, Jude, John the Baptist, and Stephen. So did Spurgeon, Wesley, Whitefield, and many others through the ages. Each of these men of God did what Jesus did: they used the Law to reach the lost. In a day in which many crucial truths are neglected, Ray Comfort calls the Church back to the way of the Master Evangelist, to consider "What did Jesus do?" and then to go and do likewise.

I have been an Evangelism Explosion Teacher/Trainer for ten years and never thought I would deviate from the "EE" method, until now. After reading Ray Comfort's "What Did Jesus Do," my understanding of how to "do" evangelism has been radically altered. Mr. Comfort clearly, and convincingly (at least to my mind) revealed that using God's Law to define sin and to establish conviction is a biblical necessity prior to offering a sinner the grace of the Gospel message. Comfort proved (again, at least to my mind) that this was the method of Jesus and the Apostles.
Since reading "What Did Jesus Do," I have begun my own research into the use of God's Law in evangelism and have, subsequently, made major changes in my evangelistic presentation.
My recommendation is that you buy this little book; find a quiet place to sit and read it; and see if it does not challenge you to rethink the Gospel message you may have thought you knew. That is what it did for me.
