I found this set to be helpful and easy to listen to and follow along with. I enjoyed Chip's story telling and found he gave advice that was usable.

We are nearing completion of this series with my men's group of 8 guys. Chip again did not disappoint in dealing with this sensitive topic in an engaging way. Brings light to the topic of anger with keen insight and helps.

I bought this for our family study. We have four children who are 12, 15, 17 & 20. Its not that we are having anger issues, but with a full house there are some challenges to peaceful living! Since we finished this study I have seen the children’s communications toward one another become less strained! For this age group that is amazing! My husband and I (who felt we had NO anger issues.) learned just as much about ourselves. We will be recommending this study to friends and family.
