Like a dandelion in the wind, Hope Ladley blows from one farm to the next, helping cook for the field hands during the harvest. Illiterate and often twisting cliches and verses into mind-boggling observations, Hope leaves widower Jakob Stauffer baffled by her unconventional ways. But her sunny disposition and unstinting love make changes of a different kind around the place. His little daughter and the pregnant sister he's shielding from an abusive husband adore Hope, and things are getting accomplished even if Hope's methods are unique. Read by Brooke Sanford. 6 hours. 5 CDs. Abridged.
NOT JUST ANOTHER ROMANCEThis was my first book (audio) from Cathy Marie Hake, I fell in love with her stories since, and have read nearly all of her work that I have found out there.I have never caught the meaning of the scripture verse that is named for its title until I listened to this book, and I have fallen in love with the lord and how he romances us into his relationship all over again. This is worth the price for the audio and worth keeping in your collection. It is beyond the sweetest and most romantic Christian novel I have ever read or heard, it moves me again just thinking of it.Its suitable for all age girls but it captures the heart of the women of God.Inspired of God, what a gift this author gives to her reader, its one of her best works, but please dont make me choose, she has quite a few.

Review 2 for Forevermore Audiobook on CD
Date:September 20, 2008
My mom loaned me this book and it is now my favorite. I have a special love for Christian books and this is a great book to read about a girl who finds where she belongs and true love with a nice family. I really would recommend it.
