This book gave me a new way of looking at "my money". It helped me to better understand that my money and my possessions are God's and that I need to be a good steward of His blessings.
Debt has been an issue for me. This year, I vowed to get my debt and spending under control. This book is a great guide for that and actually exceeded my expectations. It was well worth the money I spent on it.
Now, when I go to buy something, I think "Would the Master approve of me spending His money this way?" I spend less on myself and give more to His causes because of this.

God's Thrifty Extravagance is exceptionally well-organized and will provoke good discussion if it is used in studies. The questions at the end of each chapter lend well to a study setting. This book will stretch the reader's understanding of his/her possessions, giving and investments.
