Max Lucado - as always - is wonderful at lovingly, gently, and clearly presenting the Christmas and Salvation Message. The title alone, makes people WANT to open it and read.
When I first purchased this book, I only purchased a few to give with presents. After personally reading it, I quickly bought a bunch more! Everyone who received this, profusely thanked me after reading it!
I'll be buying many more next Christmas to give to believers and non-believers alike. It's definitely Max, to the Max!

what an inspiring, thought-provoking booklet! Max Lacado never fails to come up with words that convey such meaning. He also comes up with ways that we can all use to witness when we just can't explain to our loved ones what we have on our hearts and what Jesus would like them to know! May God continue to bless Max for his creative and Godly ways that help millions to help others reach for Jesus!

I purchased this book for myself many years ago and loved it. Then recently, I listened to the entire "Love Worth Giving" book on CD. I am a Youth Group leader and I based my entire lesson on the theme of Max's book. Combined with David Crowder's "How He Loves Us" song, the lesson had a huge impact on many of the youth. I purchased this particular book for our entire youth group (approximately 25 kids) and am planning to give it to them as a Christmas gift and a reminder of just how much Jesus loves them.

This section of material goes quickly.For Christmas this year we chose "A Love Worth Giving to you at Christmas," by Max Lucado. THis is a great way to give out the gospel message. I read this little book for the first time about 2 years ago and was overwhelmed with knowing that I was that women, the outcast, the unwanted who had been forgiven much. This year I ordered a bulk amount to be given to the women in the "faith based" wing of Hiland Mountain Correctional facility. These transformed women need the encouragement at Christmas to know that they are capable of being forgiven no matter what they have done. If you know a women who is heart sick from her past, this is a wonderful ministry tool of encouragement for her. I know because it encouraged me.
