I read this book while on vacation, but would like to do it again as a 40 day journey, as it is designed. Excellent material to revive our "sleepy" Christian society!

I love this book. As the title says, it is down to earth, basic information that you can relate to. Some devotionals can be so "syrupy-sweet" that they are not relevant. This book will give you useful food for thought. I plan on reading through it more than once because there is much here.

I am still in the process of reading, but this is a great book. Designed as a chapter a day read, This is causing me to think about what I know as a Christian leader. Good stuff, for all who want to take their Christianity to the next level.
