The peace of winter is just settling over Acorn hill when a movie crew arrives to scout locations for an upcoming film. The director wants to use Grace Chapel in the shoot, and the idea of seeing their small town on the big screen pulls the locals out of their winter doldrums and into Hollywoood hysteria. While some residents are thrilled about the exposure, others are less certain about the disruption. Can the town keep from becoming starstruck long enough to make a wise decision?

I really enjoyed this book partly because of the relationship the sisters have (I am one of 8 girls myself). I thought the ladies handled their other relationships with caring and kindness. They didn't try to change the minds of anyone against the Hollywood intrusion and took Randall under their wing and made him a better person.
