Ideals Publications Inc Portraits of the Past, Tales from Grace Chapel Inn
An antique trunk, an anonymous book of sketches and a long-buried secret plunge the Howard sisters right into the middle of a mystery at Grace Chapel Inn. Who made the exquisite drawings in the old sketchbook, and how did his work end up in a trunk in the attic? Meanwhile, the inn's guests, a man with a bowler hat and eccentric habits and a frustrated and frustrating artist, keep the sisters guessing, and a spat among some of the girls of Grace Chapel exposes old insecurities in all of them. As they come closer to understanding the truth, they understand more about their own family's past and what it means for their future.

I did not expect this book to be this entertaining. This is the first I've read from this series. I will probably read some more. Funny and touching as well as a really good mystery.

I read all 7 Grace Chapel Inn books and thoroughly enjoyed them. The stories were quaint with good life lessons in them. After reading all 7 of the books I felt like I really knew the characters. I enjoyed the fact that all 7 books were written by different authors yet the characters were true to themselves every time.

These are a well written series of books. You feel like you get to know the characters well. The story line keeps your interest throughout. The price point is also good.

I love reading all of the Tales from Grace Chapel Inn.
I find myself getting carried away into a life with the 3 sisters who run Grace Chapel Inn. I pick up my book everyday and am warmed by the characters and their everyday life with all the ups and downs.
The Lord is foremost in their lives and the books are truly inspirational.
