As I said in the summary, a must read for leaders and followers also. Why? Because before you can be a leader, we have to know how to follow. Just think if followers would have this book, they would have the knowedge of "Five Levels of Leadership" that I believe would make them and excellent follower and when the time for promotions come I believe this person would be on top of the list for that promotion. Knowledge Is Power.

This is a valuable tool when understanding ones responsibility in leadership especially from our Lords guidance. I am so very thankful for Mr. Maxwell and his ability to gleen from scripture and apply biblical standards in our work place.
