Great product. I use this to home school my 2 daughters. They re-write the verse then look it up in the bible. I like that the small card is in the KJV and then they read to me in a NIV home bible.

This was a gift to all the families at the season's last "Wonderful Wednesday" fellowship supper. We had enjoyed both spiritual and nutritional food at all these meals -- and this Daily Bread is a reminder of that, and a continuation at home of the Spiritual Food we need, and received, through our Christian fellowship and scripture study.

I was so please to have found the promise box. I remember them being at my friend's home when I was growing up and thought they were such a good way to start your day. I have been searching for one for some time and happy to have found it on this site. Although this one is plastic and not as heavy as the old one, it still serves it's purpose. I enjoy starting my day out by reading a verse.

This resource for family use has been around for years. Our first ones on which we had our guests write their names so that we could pray for them the next time we drew their promise goes back to the early 1970s, and we still pray for those folks, and rejoice in those who have gone to glory. We were delighted to find the Promise Box, Daily Bread, still being produced.
