This book was required reading for an Evangelism Training course I am going through. Most in the class had ready other books similar to this but this was a first for me. It was hard for me to get started in it but I forced my way through the reading. When I went back and reread it, it made a lot more sense. Maybe it was difficult because it was new material for me? I did pick up some nuggets that I will carry with me.

This book is a "must have" if you are called of God in leadership of a church or ministry. It is not a quick read, but a hungry study of it will reveal God and target His plan for you. I have been out of seminary for eighteen years and I regret that this book was not part of my curriculum before I stepped into pastoring. Nevertheless, God is favoring me with it in my life today. May He do likewise for you as you give Him opportunity.
