I utilized this book for a women's study that I led in my town with women from my church and school. I am excited to say that so far this book has provided a wonderful base for women to come together and overcome the chains that so often bind us including but not limited to: insecurity, pain, weight obsession, beauty, and suicide. It seems to me an awesome point to start some of the hardest conversations women need to have to become stronger and bonded together in a Christ like love.

This book wasnt really what i had totally expected but i still enjoy it. I havent finished it totally but it has been helpful. Some parts kind of dragged and were a little boring but i believe that the book is still of high quality. There arent alot of good books on this subject and this is a pretty good one.

This book is powerful, and wonderful, and freeing! We're doing it in groups at church and it's phenomenal how much of an impact it's making in people's lives.
