My husband is the one who read it from cover to cover, really enjoyed it, and gave me tidbits from time to time. I found myself browsing from time to time, and found it to be well-written.

Great detailed book on the life of Pistol Pete. Many things which I read in this book not mentioned in other books I read about Pete Mavavich life. Including his connection with New York State.

Any basketball fan should read and share this book. I haved shared Pete's story with my grandson who plays b-ball for Wheaton University and a friend who loved to watch Pete at LSU. This would be a great book to share with every youngster who aspires to play the game.
