At last there is a superb telling of the classic "A Christmas Carol" as only Focus On The Family Radio Theatre can do it!
We love this version so much that it has been added to our family's yearly Christmas traditions.
They truly make this classic Charles Dickens tale come to life!

WOW!! I was impressed and touched by the performance of all the actors. The music and sound effects were stellar. Great experience to be driving the car in U.S., yet feel I was a bystander in Dickens' Victorian England. Thank you for the experience that only the auditory sense and imagination bring when one is captivated by the performance in sound only. Took me back to the days of childhood when radio presentations were the ONLY experience most of us had that brought classic dramas into one's life.

As always, Focus on the Family Radio Theatre is excellent. Not for younger children because the Ghost of Christmas future is a little scary.

Everything you'd expect and the background information was unexpected and a really great surprise/addition. It makes this version extremely special. The narrator was AWESOME. He really hit the mark.
I HIGHLY recommend this audiobook (with a fire in the fireplace doesn't hurt either). Our family enjoyed it from start to finish.

I did enjoy the production, honest, but I'm sooo used to the Allistair Sim version that every other version of the Christmas classic has to complete. Even the Muppet Christmas Carol. Though I will admit that Miss Piggy did remind me of Hermoine Bradley's Mrs. Cratchit. At least in the waist.

Fantastic! Our first experience with Focus on the Family's Radio Theatre was Chronicles of Narnia, years ago; we SO loved it, we were very excited to order ANYTHING from them! It proves to be the high-quality, great production that the first was!

Excellent sounds of the 3 spirits that visit Ebenezer Scrooge on one cold wintry night. No compassion when the former "friends of Mr. Scrooge" celebrate his death at his funeral. He realizes that he even neglected a poor boy who was disabled, in his coldness. Excellent sound effects
