I purchased these DVD's because they were short stories with a song for each story. I was able to play all of them on my Sony DVD player and they were perfect for what I needed but when I tried to play them on my portable DVD player (non-Sony) only 2 of the 8 DVD's would play. They started to load and then the screen would go blank. I tried them on my laptop also and the same thing happened. Christianbooks was nice enough to send me another set to try, but the same thing happened. I could only view the same two DVD's on my portable DVD player. :o( The dvd's I watched were great though! Exactly what I needed.

I really liked this product. I buy all kinds of animated movies for my children, but wanted to get them something that would teach them about the Word of God. I love the songs; they are the same songs that I sung in children church. The only thing I did not like was that the character were not speaking, and the scene, characters did not move/or act out the story (it was not what I originally expected). The scene was more like a page from a book, and someone reading to you. My daughter is 2, and it did not hold her attention because the characters didn't move or speak(maybe when she turns 3 the recommended age she will more interested). She loves the songs; she gets up and dance around. I do believe, even though she gets up and plays, that she is still hearing the Word of God. It also helps me keep up with my Bible Stories as well. Good product to buy for your children.

it's a wonderful bible stories of the children . I used this movie to give movie night for my bible study class and you such see how the children learn and interact with these movie I'm glad I found it on your website.

Outstanding! The content is accurate, the videos of high quality and the music wonderful. Even Grandpa sings along! Our granddaughters are 2 & 3 and love the "Jesus" videos.

HI, Yes the pictures don't move, but the words show up as the speaker is telling the story. So, great language development! My kids ages 9,7 and 5 have enjoyed this set. The stories are short and are great for Sunday School tool to tell short story.

These are great short and straight to the point stories with catch songs that match. Great for Sunday school lessons. The only down fall is the story is told in still pictures rather than animation.
