I have used the Easy Grammar Series for many years in our homeschool. It reinforces use of punctuation, sentence structure, proper use of pronouns, and verbs etc.

I was disappoint with this purchase as I also purchased the student book. I did not realize that the teacher book had the lessons and the teacher answers separate so that I would only need the one book. Just something to think about in the future if you have only one student.

This workbook if fine to supplement your English curriculum. It's more of a daily review and should not replace a standard English/Grammar book. The teacher's edition contains blank pages my son writes in with the answers in back. Saved me from buying a student workbook.

The main reason I purchase teacher texts is for the answer key. When schooling multiple children I don't have time to work through each child's lessons to get the answers for each question/problem. I need to be able to check quickly for correctness.

This is the curriculum for which I've been searching over the last several years. My daughter finally is understanding grammar, and is actually excited about English this year. If you have a child struggling with English in general, this book and "Easy Grammar Plus", used together, are worth investing in. Understandable, not overwhelming, incremental, well done. This exactly meets our needs. Thank you!

This book is great - but there does not seem to be much sense in purchasing both the teacher and student texts. The books are identical - except the teacher text has additional minute, mind you, amounts of extra info in the beginning, and of course the answers in the back. I would, next time, buy only the teacher book and either (1) tear out the actual lessons, (2) copy them, or (3) give the book directly to the child and have him/her correct it themselves from the anwers in the back. If you are concerned with them 'sneaking to the back of the book', you can choose to monitor them while they do the work and then you the parent, correct it. This option, of course, would render the book 'consumable'.

Excellent! Short, concise reviews on a daily basis. Concentrates on concepts, not repetition. Very thorough. Grammar is no longer a chore. The entire Easy Grammar system is the best grammar curriculum I have seen in nine years of homeschooling. Thanks so much for a great product.

Love this type of grammar book for student but why is the teacher's edition just like the student's. Should have the answers in a different color in the book rather than having to search the answers in the back. Other than that the lessons are repetitive and in small increments but impressionable to my son.
