I enjoyed all the stories in this book, but my favorite story was about Camela and her struggles as a young lady in a sport dominated by men.

Of all the novellas I've read so far, this is my least favorite. I frequently put it aside, but read the whole book to be fair. The last story was probably the best of the 3.

I agree with some of the other reviews that say that this book is a light read.
It was fast and easy to read, but nonetheless, the message was clear and the stories were good.
Having no previous knowledge about Nascar, I still really enjoyed the book and learned a lot about that sport.
Once you start, you can't stop reading it!

Great writing! and I learned some about NASCAR, since I am the one not as "into it" as others in the family. I am passing it on to friends into NASCAR! and hope they will get some spiritual insight. Paul states we are running a race, we get the ultimate trophy... eternity with Christ!

I feel you need to know at least a little about nascar to understand the book. I loved it. I would start one "book" and think 'I'll just read a bit before doing something else" HA HA not so. When you start you do not want to put it down till you get to the end. I LOVED IT.

What a good balance is achieved between the sports and relationships. I enjoyed the details, I learned things about racing I never knew before,

I like racing but just couldn't get into the stories after the first couple of chapters of all of them. Had to put it down.
