This is an amazingly good book. For those people interested in social justice, the readings are full, varied, and rich. As an academic, I recommend this book to a variety of audiences. I found the book helpful in my own work and as a possible foundational text for my university classes. In fact, I have bought a class set of these books from my course in moral and religious education. The value of the book, both in cost and in content, makes it a must for anyone's library. I recommend this book as a good read. As in any edited book, some chapters are better written, more fully packed with content, and more useful for particular ideas; however, all the chapters in the book of valuable. What I particularly liked in the book was the short chapters. This made the book easy to read and understand. It is a good buy for the money.
