Orchestration is very nearly an exact clone of the original... however, the intro is an abbreviated version of the original, as is the 2nd verse (instrumental break). One of the appeals of this song (for me) is the reflection time during the instrumental segments. I suppose someone wanted a version that maximized the vocals and minimized the instrumentals. I did not.

I would have wished to have had both verses on the track instead of just one, but it's all good.

"You Raise Me UP" The music and words are of high quality recording. Every word very clear. No distortion. Very delighted with this CD.

The first time I heard this song was in the Oprah show. I just had to buy it. It's a song full of strength and hope for all those who might think they are losing the battle gives you the battle to win the war of evilness with God next to you.

I was disappointed in the length. The sound is great but it was only the first verse and not the second too.
