I'm like a mega fan of Truth lol; but I just couldn't get wit this album. I mean it's plain to see that he's trying to reach everybody's flavor of music on this one. And b/c of that, the album doesn't seem as "hip-hopy" as I was expecting it. Plus he's not as hype on this as his past albums. If u ever seen him in concert, normally u'd find that same persona in his albums. Not on this one. But I think what really turned me away from this was what happend to the track Lost. He put out a leak of the song, and it sounded awesome! If u heard I Need You off his Open Book album, it kinda sounded like that. But apparently they changed it to a nicer, more conservative version. When I heard the current version, I had a feeling that the album was gonna take the turn it did, and unfortunate I predicted correctly. Search the leaked version of Lost on Youtube and you'll see what I mean. Overall, I'm kinda dissapointed with the outcome of the album. This definitely isn't the Truth I fell in love wit since his first album. If u new to Truth, I highly advise u start from his first album, Moment of Truth and go from there and you'll see what I mean. Sorry fellow Truth fans, but I'm just not feelin this one.....Not sayin it's a bad album, but it could've been WAAAYY better.P.S.: I do like U Ready?, Tree to Tree, You Made, and Suitcase tho, lol. But other than that, no. Also, I really feel like Talk To You should have been, like, a bonus track or somethin'.

Like it's title suggests, the directive of this album is to immerse the listener in a collection of songs that paint a vast picture. As a matter of fact, this album aims to paint the grandest of pictures imaginable: The fall of man and God's redeeming love shown towards humanity.Like a cosmic jig saw puzzle, this picture is carefully pieced together starting all the way from creation (Legend) to the fall in the garden ("Tree to Tree", "Lost") to the future glorious appearing of the King of all kings, Jesus Christ ("Trumpet Blow").The album also includes encouraging and uplifting songs which exhort the listener to live as Christ would have us to live until his return. ("Great Wall", "Fantasy", and "Talk to You" to name a few.)One of the qualities that I most appreciate about Da Truth as an artist is his tendency to push the envelope in his music, often embracing eclectic beats and unconventional chorus'. The song "Great Wall" is a good example of this reality.Stand out songs include "Lost", "Trumpet Blow", "You Made", "Fantasy", and "Great Wall".Overall the album does an impressive job of covering such a colossal range of subjects and is a very worthy addition to any hip hop fan's collection.
