John Reuben's quick wit, penchant for metaphor, and sharp delivery are on full display with his 2009 release. Setting a number of scenes from Biblical times to modern day living, Reuben spins entertaining tales and spits clever rhymes on "Town Folk," "Radio Makes You Lonely," "Joyful Noise," and more.

This album has such awesome metaphors, definately his best writing yet. And personaly my favorite music on any CD ever. I love how it's so chill. My favorite songs include "Burn it Down", "In the Air", "Joyfull Noise" and "Parinoid Schizophrenic Apocaliptic Whisper Kitten". I also love how abstract it is. Best alum ever

I agree that maetaphor and incorporating biblical scenes make for intersting subject matter. i would love to have an opportunity to buy music that is more professional and modern. Music that holds up to current styles. I felst like I stepped back to the 80's while reviewing this. And I flet it was more amatuer than professional. I am disappointed in most christan music choices. I think it's time to step it up a notch or two. What new convert will want to give up listening to the musical talent they have been listening to for budget music? It is time to do our best for the Lord.
