This is Sanctus Real's best album ever (besides maybe Say It Loud....that one comes close)! All of the songs deserve a 5 except Magnetic and Benjamin (which are also good songs by the way! This album deserves a 6 or 7!

The Face of Love is a great cd! Sanctus Real is excellent with songs like I'm Not Alright, Don't Give Up, Where We Belong, and the bold, brutally honest We're Trying, which are all great rockers, and they manage to slow it down quite nicely, like they did on the slightly humorous, yet sincere take on human imperfection in Eloquent. Definitely a great band, buy this cd!

Very well done. I really like Sanctus Real and I understand that they went a little lower key on this album, but I think it was very well done. I love "I'm Not Alright" Very good song to start it off. I also love "Benjamin" Not because its my name, but because it is really good. Very good album. I love it. Buy it.

I first heard Sanctus Real on the radio and was so impressed with their fresh style and lyrical bravery that I finally decided to buy the CD. This is a rockin' band with solid lyrics you can easily understand and a soulful, edgy rock sound. Their power ballads are incredible. And they aren't afraid to touch on serious topics. I highly recommend this CD as a must-have contemporary Christian library addition. Check it out and you'll see why!

WOW!! What an amazing cd. Every track is amazing! How could someone be critical of this band?I sure beats me. From the soaring guitars and drums on "I'm Not Alright" to the nice, slow beat of "Benjamin", this cd has to be in my all-time top 3 cd's. If you don't buy this cd right now, you're crazy!

This wasn't one of their best CDs, the only good thing about it was the lyrics but that was it. The music was lame I wouldn't bother with this one but if you like stuff like Leeland and praise and worship type music then this is the CD for you but personally I only liked 3 maybe 5 songs on it.

Sanctus Real is one of the best Christian bands out there. Though a little different in sound than their pervious work, this CD is arguably their best. It is one of those CD's that gets better with each listen- trust me, it will be a mainstay in your CD player!!! These guys have such a heart for God, and it really comes through in thier music (especially their live shows :-)!) If you buy this CD you won't be disappointed!

This is an AMAZING CD. I got it because I love Sanctus Real and I love the song I'm Not Alright. This CD has quickly become my absolute favorite (it's the best one I've heard since The Beautiful Letdown). It is so much better than Fight The Tide, and Fight The Tide was great! Every song is so good, there is so much meaning to every song, it's not shallow and pointless like some CDs I've bought recently. I totally 100% reccommend this CD!

Sanctus Real has done it again, but this time it is far beyond a 5.0. Though it's been a tough year, I'd say this is SR's best cd. True, it might be more slow, but the powerful lyrics is something you don't want to miss. The songs that touched my heart the most are: I'm not Alright, Fly, Thank You, Magnetic, and Benjamin. To sum it up "Face of Love" is all about brotherly love. SR really poured out thier heart on this one, and you can tell. Very mature and developed. If you haven't already, Get Your Hands On This Cd!!**2 thumbs up Sanctus Real**

Sanctus real has done it again. They have put passion and their own flavor into this latest album. If you like the sound of Switchfoot, U2, Mae, downhere, Coldplay, Kevin Max, and Luna Halo, then you'll enjoy this album. My personal favorite song is "I'm Not Alright". I think this album is even better than the last one. I whole heartedly recommend this ablum, it pretty much ROCKS!

Sanctus Real's new CD "The Face Of Love" is an incredible combination of musical talent and ingenius songwriting that will only leave you wanting to hear it over and over again. From the spiritual aspects of this album that can be heard in songs such as "Thank You" to the general message of love found in "Don't Give Up," the album covers a wide range of topics that will challenge, inspire, and encourage you all at the same time. However, Sanctus Real does not show any fear of touching hard topics as they prove in "I'm Not Alright" and "Benjamin." But while relating to and singing about the hardships in life, Sanctus Real brings a message of hope and love that anyone of any background or age group can connect with. So if you're looking for an album that will rock your face off, but is still real and deep, I definitely recommend Sanctus Real's "The Face Of Love"!

Sanctus Real slaps back with their third album, "The Face Of Love." While I did enjoy this CD, I must say that it was different than expected. If you've heard Sanctus Real's previous CDs, you'll notice that their latest is a little slower than their previous CDs."The Face of Love," comes with a message that Chrisians need to hear: "don't lose sight of the reason we're all here: LOVE". Most of the songs on this album encourage Christians to share Love, live Love, be Love. With encouraging lyrics, stating:don't give up! This band has my vote on "Best Modern Rock CD of 2006"This album reminds me in different respects to Switchfoot's "the beautiful letdown." If you like Switchfoot, check out "The Face of Love"

This CD is Totally worth what it costs!!!! I love Matt Hammit's Vocals! The songs have a good message...the first time I heard "I'm Not Alright", I was in awe...I felt like God was right there with me...telling me that it's okay to say I'm not alright... If you like Switchfoot, The Afters, Mainstay, or other artists like those I think you will Love this CD!also make sure you check out their other CDs!!

This CD is definitely their best yet. I've had the privelege of hearing it early with an advance copy. They've gotten better with each album. Songs like "I'm Not Alright" and "The Face of Love" are awesome follow-ups to hits like "Everything About You" and "The Fight Song." This is sure to be a top-seller.
