This cd has a good variety of music and she has a great voice. However, when you listen to her Christmas cd The Gift you can tell her voice is more trained and practiced and it would have been nice if the cd had more original songs.

This Sony recording was poorly engineered; it created or allowed background music or other sound to drown out the soloist. Competing sound inputs are poorly received by anyone with even mild age-related hearing impairment(s).

I have loved Susan's voice and appearance since I first heard of her. She is proof that dreams do come true if we just believe and keep trying. Susan is a very special lady. It hurt me for her when the criticisms were thrown, but thank the Lord she rose above them. I am looking forward to her next CD.

Not a bad first effort. If you are a fan of the powerful, singing with gusto style, versions of "How Great Thou Art", such as George Bernard Shaw, you will be disappointed with the sedate, muted version here. I also didn't like her cover of "Wild Horses". Otherwise it is a good CD, but could have used a better producer, because overall I think it he or she toned down Boyle's abilities. I am sure she was capable of presenting a more powerful voice.

Susan has a beautiful voice and a wonderful talent but I expected the CD to have more of a variety of styles of singing. The songs were all sung in ballad form. The CD is more for relaxing not uplifting.
